The Pandemic Impact Fund Team Has History
Peter Adams and Dave Harris have worked closely together since 2014 through the Rockies Venture Club, the Rockies Venture Institute, Biz Girls, Inc., Rockies Venture Adviser, LLC, Rockies Venture Management, LLC, and the Rockies Venture Fund I. They have managed over 120 investments in 50+ companies over this period. In addition, Pandemic Impact Fund is also led by Sue Stash, a serial Impact entrepreneur and investor that began her career in the corporate world with Sun Microsystems and IBM Germany before starting multiple social impact ventures. These partners have worked together for many years and have the experience of having evaluated deals together as a team, using the Fund’s strategy, from initial screening through full due diligence and term negotiations to post investment management.
Pandemic Impact Fund is joined by a group of veteran venture partners with a depth of expertise across the core areas that the fund will focus on. Barbara Bauer is an international business leader with a current focus on impact investing and social enterprise. Most recently, she was the Executive Director at the Partnership for Change (PfC), a Norwegian impact investment and international development organization, based in Myanmar. Denny Otsuga is an experienced international VC with a background in life sciences, agriculture, and technology transfer. Kevin Morningstar is 30+ year veteran of the medical device industry, with expertise in regulatory and healthcare industry practices.
Finally, the Fund draws upon the experience of over two hundred investors through a special relationship with the Rockies Venture Club who bring sector expertise and perspective for the wide variety of investments that the Fund has chosen to address.
